I am an insomniac and have trouble sleeping every night. I tend to just carry on doing things until I feel so tired that I will sleep. I then tend not to be too active as it will wake me up again. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck with getting some sleep!

All my hopes and dreams for you

You could try a self-hypnosis CD to see how you got on with it.
