Hi I was watching a thing on Facebook, about how enzymes help with pain in people who have fibro, one was wheat grass, banana, pure honey, and an enzyme for digestion then he added it to a blender with purified water. And he drank it. Maybe I am going to try it.. Who knows?????

That sounds quite interesting my friend. I cannot have the banana as I am allergic to them unfortunately. Please let us know how you get on if you decide to give it a try?

All my hopes and dreams for you
