Hi I use a mixture its called magic mouthwash, its prescribed but it really works for sever muscle cramps and sever pain. Its benadryl, mallox, lidocane. It numbs you mouth. But I tried it on my muscles and it works, how I have no idea. Plain lidocane does not work for me, but this stuff works awesome for me. Its a thick liquid and I put some on my mom and it worked for her to. I don't know if it works for you always check with your doctor first.

Hi Trikki

I miss our banter :( I have been in so much pain recently.

How are you my friend?

I made a couple of comments on some of your replies. I was just having a joke with you. I hope you're ok with that?

Hi there

If I remember correctly you are from the US aren't you?

Our medications are obviously different here, but it is always good to know what sort of things to search for.

I hope you are doing well today?

Wishing you much peace

Lu x

Hi teakse

That is quite interesting? I can imagine that the mixture is being absorbed through the skin and into the bloodstream? I am aware that in France they do this with slices of 'mars bars' (it is a candy bar) to help bring diabetics out of hypoglycemic seizures. As it gets absorbed through the bowel and into the bloodstream. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck with this but also please be careful not to overdose on it?

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken

Just giggled it. Looks like you can make the mixture up online. Very interesting. How long does the numbing last for on your muscles ?

A long time for me through the night for me. Maybe different for everyone else.

Somewhere recently I read (can't recall where but it was a reputable source) that antihistamines can have an effect on pain, though no one knows why.

A relative has been prescribed Piriton for shingles pain, though I don't think it's helped much so far.

Not what you're looking for?
