Maximus to send ESA after my review is due?

Hi all, still a little concerned of when it's likely to receive an ESA50 as when my current award runs out in December 2016. It could be that they send it before December for them to receive it then give me a date for another wca, or a paper assessment. However, they may have a backlog that takes them until the new year and send it then. Your thoughts will be most appriciated. Bye for now

I would stop worrying about it do nothing until you hear from them all areas are different some running to time and some have backlogs.

So just wait for it to arrive and in the meantime gather all evidence you are able too

Thanks Rose54. True worrying months ahead of when it happens. It's all documented from start to finish. I have to just put in the dates of my hospital appointments which is between now and then. Take care.

Sorry, I cannot really help you on this but I just wanted to say don't get too stressed out and worried as you will make yourself worse and we can't have that, now can we!!!! x

Mine runs out in November and they have only just got in touch with me so they literally have given me 6 weeks to get form and medical done I've hard murder with them because my money is likely to run out before they can do medical it's disgusting Carol ☺

Hi, why did you have to get the form, or do you mean they sent you that? What date did they say that the form should be with them by, also don't worry about your money as they won't stop that until you have an assessment. They will stop your benefit if you was found fit for work. Speak soon.
