Can any one help me ???

Can't sleep. can't rest. Feel like something crawling over my body / face. Feel like I'm going mad. What the hell is this ??

Hi hun not sure could be reaction to medication that some times happens I'm the same can't sleep or rest cos of pain I no I do get itchy with fibromyalgia a few people have said that if it carries on see you go take care ☺

I do not personally get this Fibro symptom myself. However I have seen other members talking about this feeling before.

In fact one was not that long ago.

If you type something like "feeling of crawling" into the search bar at the top right of your screen you should be able to read up on some other members posts on this subject.

It could also be as Bambamsnan has said a side effect of medication.

I have been a member of the forum for 4 years and I know that this subject has come up often during that time.

Mahoney0719 , It could be lots of things to be honest.Uve seen several reasons on here meds, nerve endings, just plain nerves, dry skin there's a few hope that helps I'm not a gp just trying to help.Good luck.Peck 🐤

Do get this checked out, I have nerve damage and quite often have the feeling something is crawling on my feet and arms, you are not going mad xxx

Hi. Sorry you're struggling. I get the sensation of strange tingling crawling up and down my back at times. It seems to be linked for me to when my fibro tiredness is getting worse and I'm beginning to go rapidly downhill. Soon after i'm usually getting jelly legs and beginning to feel weak and shakey. I take it as a sign it's time to rest and slow up and prob.resort to bed! Thankfully my tingling sensation is more just weird rather than painful. I sometimes up my dose of amitriptyline (Dr said was OK if bad for a while) so that my body is able to rest better. Amitriptyline really knocks me out so my body is better rested by the next day.

Hiya sometimes it's not pain that's the worst symptom of fibro. I have the crawling feeling too. Mid afternoon till I go to sleep my face and neck itch. Then my feet will itch until the burning and pins and needle's start. My one breast drives me mad with the itching. I could scratch it to pieces. Tried moisture cream but no luck. hope we find something soon. Take care

My fibromyalgia has got worse everyday is a different problem but this feet problem and this itch is really getting me down.

i get the feeling all over, from head to toe. i itch constantly and feel like theres microscopic things running all over me, i even had this when i was quite young as i can remember making up stories about their lives. so ive had it a long long time. and now im thinking about it i wonder how long ive had fibro or nerve problems.

but do get it checked out it could be important and a side effect
