Good morning and thanks for posting.

Would you like to tell us a little bit of where you meet up in Somerset, and what sort of things you do? There are a few of us from SW that may be interested in joining you.

Take care.

GP 😊😊

We are local support group supporting anyone suffering the impact of pain and fatigue in association with Fibromyalgia Chronic Fatigue, Musculoskeletal and Arthritic condtions. However anyone suffering from pain and /or fatigue for other conditions are all welcome.

The aim of the group is to promote emotional wellbeing to help gain a better understanding, education and improved management of your pain and fatigue to improve a better quality of life.

We meet every Monday from 12pm till 3pm

Group actually starts at 12:30pm till 2:30pm.

We use the extra time before and after to help settle in, have a chat and get yourself a refreshment. And after for any questions you may have and to close down the group.

We have an amazing team ready to support you, with a meet and greet on arrival so that you dont feel over whelmed by coming into a group situation..

We have tea and coffee as well as access to our own kitchen for making hot or cold food if required.

We run free courses on a regular basis and welcome guest speakers.
