How can put up with this pain ?

Hello my name is Domenic I been suffer from this pain Hot and Cold sensation for about one years is very bad no medication are avaible can control it, lost lots wait can eat or drink, lots pain in my ribs and bottom,short ofbreadth, disorientated, delays, headaches, can cope any more even I live along lioness and depression

Watt type of life is this ? ......
