I have had a lot of mouth sores and lip sores lately, fading then coming back at you said. I thought due to being more rundown than usual.

blono, I had them as a child from time to time.Try rinsing your mouth with very warm not hot water and salt twice a day.I do think this will help. Dry eyes I suggest eye drops and I keep mine in the refrigerator it just feels better when they are cold.Hope this helos.Take care.Peck 🐤.

Hi my friend,

Yes, I get this quite a lot but I think mine may be related to my use of several inhalers leaving a residue on my mouth in-between brushing? I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken

Whilst being checked for Sjorgrens Syndrome my mouth often feels like the "bottom end of a bird cage" and sore gums I get Difflam mouthwash (not sprays they are rubbish) it has a local anaesthetic as well as healing products, g.p will prescribe, sometime post dental surgery too they prescribe..

Always looking out for our friends-Nurse Gladys.

Thanks for that Nurse Gladys. I have had a spray but I also found it useless and it made me feel very dry. :)

Do you have sores at the edge and just inside your nose?

Hi, yes I get the cracking at the corners of my mouth and the bottom of my ears. Anyway, it's Lupus.

Lupus is a disease of collagen. So all the areas with less flesh become brittle and crack. This is generally around oriffices of the body. Sore bum sometimes. The sores in the mouth and nose are similar but I think (as 60% of those with lupus are photosensitive) that it could be a reaction process as it's difficult to cover the face. You will need an ANA test. (Antinuclear antibodies).

Not what you're looking for?
