Compression socks for leg pain and cramps.

I've bought some socks for my legs they called compression socks and help contract your muscles when needed. I usually get really bad knots ans tight muscles which my legs becomes stiff and my feet too. It's my first day trying them on. See how they go. Atm they feel good. I need some form of pressure on my legs. Will upload a pik later as im wearing them on atm lol

I hope they work.My OH gets them as well ...I can see the knot when the muscles tighten up.I know it's painful.Good luck.Peck🐤

I have some and they seem to help I also have some I put on my arms I think it warms your joints so help with the pain

It Contracts the muscles and helps the circulation. That's what it said it does on the description.

Hi dimplez18 I got compression sock on prescription through the gp I got my legs measured at the chemist to make sure i was buying the right size. Maybe you could get yours through the gp , i hope you get some relief wearing them😉

Omg really. I've already bought some online. I don't know if they good as the one I've got because it's recommend for those who do running and long walks.

There are a lot of different types and makes but i think they basically do the same thing, good luck with yours👍

Lol I have to pay for my medication I'm so glad I don't depend on medication for pain relief. I try to find alternative relief.

It would cost a fortune if i had to pay for prescriptions. I think we should all get free prescriptions😀

Well I'm not entitled to any benefits to get free prescription.

You don't have to be on benefits to get free prescriptions here in Scotland. We all get them.

It would be great to know if they work I to suffer with very painful legs and I was putting it down to shin splints , now im thinking maybe its not keep us
