Hot sweats and cramps

Hello all my lovely friends just wondering if anyone has hot sweats and cramps at night I get it in my ankles and side of my legs lots of love lorraine xxc

I do ... I'm also perimenopause ... So now I never know if it's that or the fibro

Yes, most definitely. Have the same problems at night. Muscle cramps and spasm are very common with Fybro suffers but I can't figure out why they are worse at night when trying to sleep. I have had night sweats for some time and always over heat in bed. Try a sheet instead of duvet. Have you tried co- codamol? seems to help with the pain.

I have started getting them in the day along with coldness/draughty feelings, I am wondering if it is nerves somewhere, i did have nerve conduction studies 3 years ago but no report was ever sent to my gp so I have asked him to write for a report I think I will write also as I am post menopausal so it shouldnt be that again.. I can have a duvet over me and feel a draught coming under it- if I eat a warm meal I feel a sweat feeling come over me too.
