Aw sorry to hear that your not alone I can't sleep either but I did sleep a lot during the day.i hope you're not in any pain.could you try listening too a relaxation tape on utube,.? That's what I am just about to do I know it's awful when we can't sleep my brain is going ten to the dozen so I need to listen too something that will change my concentration.wising you the best and I hope sleep comes very soon for both of us xoxoxo

Me too! Just gone 4 am but have had a great thunder and lightening storm to entertain me for the past few hours. Just heard the start of the dawn chorus! I'm going to put my headphones on now and rest my eyes whilst listening to some chill out music.

Hope you catnap and catch a few zzzzz

Hi there, I am from the US so I dont know how md's work there. I have a specialist who helps me with medications to sleep. Does your md help at all. I also have a 13 year old daughter who was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome a year ago. I wish I could take her pain too.

Me too ,that is every night this week that I have woken up at 3 0 clock and stayed a wake till morning.

same for me, i dont know which way i am at the minute. i was effing and jeffing yesterday because i couldn't find my specs, it took some time until i realised the milk was on the worktop so i put it back into the fridge where i found my specs ?!!! god only knows what i am doing i surely don't !! gentle hugs and love to all xx

Funny I have done the same thing as well as others, never mind we all have our off days,weeks,months even,...

I just try to laugh at myself which helps me to deal with it better... Lol 😄

Yes we need to laugh, it's the only way sometimes. The things I go to do and some I manage to stop myself lol, always looking for my glasses, mostly on my head but sometimes right in front of me. Dentures in the bin, not a good look. As someone else said about the fridge, that's a bad one for me. The things I try to put in there lol. It's strange, it's like you have something in your head, like putting the milk back in fridge, something else pops into the brain and then gets mixed up, duh! Sometimes very frustrating but mostly funny so far. God knows what I would have done if I didn't realise where my teeth were xx
