I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are suffering and struggling with your Fibro and I sincerely hope that you can find some relief to these issues. I was wondering if you have discussed how you are feeling with your GP or Medical Specialist? As they may be able to tweak your medication or add a new drug which could help you?

Hello oceanlight from Nurse Gladys Emanuel (open all hours) sorry you only got 2 replies, there are so many sufferers and this is such a big web sight it can be days before one sees all the correspondence on it! During these very tired days I will get my daughter to take me to local swimming pool and I sit in the Jacuzzi whilst she has a swim. The warm water and bubbles DO invigorate my aching limbs. I,ve also got a TENS machine (plentiful on ebay_) a small appliance that can go with you all day long, it sends out pulsating mild shocks to your muscles and it gives good relief, I wear mine whilst I do a little amount of housework.
