Hope use are all as well as be expected! Havnt been on in a few days being strugling with pain n my eyes so dry they are sore Docs give me drops that dont work also give me gel that works better than drops but its like salt when first goes in x

I would definitely try taking high doses of omega 3 - I live in a very dry country (Africa) and it made all the difference. An optometrist gave me this advice.

OOH blono that awful, I wake every day with dry eyes, dry tongue, no ear wax no nasal secretion, I use simple Doublebase gel-it can be used everywhere even on eye lids. I am being checked for Sjorgrens Syndrome-its a long process.. The pain in eyes is just tired muscle!! This is where you join the land of the womans beauty parlour!! Whoo!! Cucumber slices over your closed eye lids- if you get styes then a cold used tea bag over the closed eye, believe me old mother remedies work.. Best wishes from nurse Gladys Emanuel (open all hours)
