I can't sleep

the doctors took away my benzodiazepines rest-a- rill   that did work so well now I am in pain and can't sleep . I have neuropathy in both  hands it hurts so bad  oxytocin barely helps. The VA doctors seem less then compassionate.  I feel ready to die but of coerce I am  not suicidal.

Why did he/she take it, can you ask for it back or an equally good supstitute, you look so jolly on your pic, you have some people who brighten your day cool, you r so not ready to give inxxxxxxx gentle warm hugs hunny xxxxx

I am sorry to be unable to answer your post, but I do understand the stress of removing medication you have come to rely on.

You will find members on the forum will be happy to give you advice if you lock your post.  As you are unlocked at the moment, anyone can google your username and your post will come up not only on HU but the whole internet.  Their replies will also be available as they are not locked either.  When you lock all posts and replies will be private.  Look for the padlock against the title to ensure privacy if you don't want your comments to be public.

You will find instructions on how to lock your posts in blue on the right hand side when you scroll up.

If you want help to lock, admin can do this for you.

Hopefully you will begin to feel a little better with stronger painkillers.
