you're not alone.  stuck inside all winter, it helps me very much to come on here and poor my heart out!  It's kept me going.  Most members on this site are supportive and understanding.  For some people they may not need it, not post for months and months.  Apology really not necessary either.  Sorry to hear you're that low.  Please take care!      Tulip xx

I know everyone on this site knows how you feel!

Please don't feel bad, I know it's hard when you're stuck inside and it's miserable outside etc. It's hard to drag ourselves out of bed, but we must try. 

Can you just sit outside in the sun and get some vit d. I had to drag myself out of bed today due to pain and migraine, just sat in the garden listening to the birds and it made me feel better and part of the life going on around me.

Please don't give up, we live in hope of a cure soon.
