Feeling optimistic!

Hi guys, finally got a bit of good news from my doctors , I'm being referred to a fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue specialist wahoo!  Finally feel like a step in the right direction has came along and although im in absolute agony off the damp and rain I feel happy!  And to top it off my bracelet came today and I love it!! 😍 hope all you guys are doing ok

Lovely to hear from you. I'm so happy about the result and just looking forward to what's to come. 

Yeh I customised the letter to my initial,  I absolutely love it! Feel proud to wear it and it's nice to get something so beautiful from something so horrendous and some of the money goes to a fibromyalgia awareness charity too you should get one. it only cost me £15 well worth it to me!

Yeh he's a psychiatrist also and is based in a specialised clinic. I will keep you updated and let you know what happens/he advised

Hi Kayleigh, I hope you do not mind me saying and I'm unaware of your circumstances - but Fibromyalgia/CFS is not a psychiatric condition!  I urge you to look up the history of how Psychiatry became involved with CFS which does not actually belong to this branch of medicine.......

I don't mind at all. I know it's nothing to do with our condition he just also practices and specialises in psychiatry as well as working in the pain management clinic for fibro/CFS and i would never be a part of something I wasn't comfortable with or felt was completely irrelevant.  I've been told one two many times its all in my head and won't stand for it anymore

Glad to hear your battle for help as finally brought results, hope it helps a lot, and yes the damp today is telling.  l also love the bracelet, l think its something most would buy as it is without what it stands for, thats a plus.  good luck
