Hi clgs, I have copied and pasted my reply to you from your other post, so I genuinely hope that you find it useful:

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can  be today? Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. I have pasted you a link below to our mother site, FMA UK which hosts loads of useful Fibro information:

fmauk.org/

There have been a few posts about this issue on the forum and I have pasted you a link to one of them below:

healthunlocked.com/fibromya....

It may prove beneficial to discuss how you are feeling with your GP, as what you have described could be one of many medical conditions from cramps, thyroid probelm, dystonia etc, etc, and we are not medically trained. I have pasted you a couple of NHS Choices links below to conditions similar to what you have described:

nhs.uk/conditions/dystonia/...

I want to genuinely and sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken

Hi quite a few of us have this inner tremor, I don't know what causes it. I am so use to mine now, I only notice it when it stops. I am not sure if it is anxiety. If you are worried, have a chat with your GP. Take care.xx

Hi Clgs, i had something very similar last week and it turned out to be a severe inner ear infection. I would book to see you GP as soon as you can. If you cant get an appointment perhaps ask for your gp to call you back.

It was a very scary and upsetting experience for me so please don't struggle to manage this on your own.

Take care of yourself.

Hi Cigs  yes I have this also, I always say it's like shivering and teeth chattering but I'm not cold, it's a most parculier feeling. Exactly like you explain, the inside of your body shaking.

I remember when I first had it years ago I thought there was something seriously wrong with me. I even thought it was a reaction to meds I was on at the time. All I remember is, I thought I was a gonna lol.

Friend who was with me at the time called the doctor out. By the time he came out it had stopped and he put it down to a panic attack but I've had panic attacks and this was different.

Anyway I do still get now but luckily it doesn't last long and no where near so bad as when I first got it but I do agree, it is quite scary.

Peace, Luv n light

Jan ☺

Wow! This is exactly what I'm suffering with and it really is the most awful and scary feelings! I thought I was the only one that had this and I felt so alone so thank you for sharing your symptoms with us. I often feel like I want to run away from my own body as sometimes these feelings are just unbearable. The hot and cold feelings drive me crazy too! Im sending you all lots of strength and hugs, and I'm always here to listen to you all x

I know exactly how you feel, the shaking is so uncomfortable and especially worse at night time! I'm here for you if you ever need to chat. Take care

The shaking is horrible, more so because I don't understand it. I also get tremors where I see the skin rippling and twitching of its own accord, especially in my left hand and wrist. My wife sits and watches it fascinated!

With regard to twitching or nerve pulses/ tingling in legs have you been checked for Restless Leg Syndrome? I have it and take 5mg of Diazipam twice a day and it works wonders.

A trip to the GP sounds a good idea.

Best wishes

Patrick
