Awww, I wish I could be there to lend a hand. I'd gladly take away some of your pain. This half term will end shortly and then you will get more time to rest again. You just have to get through now. I'll bet you've done it before and can do it again. You know you can only do your best and no more.
Is there a neighbor or someone else who can do any task to help even a little bit? Even if it's hard for you to ask? Now is the time to ask for that help. Normally you might never ask, but now is not normally and now you need the help.
Reach out just like you did with this post. I'll be praying for you that you get extra strength and help to get you through this tough period. Remember, it has an end in sight!! Big but gentle ((((HUGS))))) to you!
Hi there
Have you considered contacting Social Services to find out whether you are able to get any help for your daughter?
Perhaps you could also contact the CAB and ask them to find out whether there are any benefits that you could claim that would entitle you to get a carer for your daughter (someone that would come in once a day and help you out).
I do apologise if you have already tried all these things. I just so much want to help you. You sound absolutely exhausted.
Wishing you less pain and more peace

All I can do is send soft gentle Hugs to you both. x I hope with all my heart things get better soon.
I'm so sorry to hear your situation. Please don't break I'm sure something good is just around the corner my friend.Best wishes Peck.😊
Both Lu's and She's advice is what I would give. It us horrible when we are in a flare type of situation and exhausted to cope with ourselves let alone someone else you need to care for. You do need to reach out and ask for help in these situations, it doesn't mean you are weak or not coping it just means at this moment in time you need a bit of the burden lifting. Do let us know how you are doing.😃x
arwwwww bless and thank you all so much.....yes ive done it before but when feeling low the situation doubles if not more....it makes me feel that bit stronger reading all your views ....the hugs help to...bless to all thank you ...azzze..x x
Hi azzzze
I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are suffering and struggling in this way, and I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck. I was wondering if there was a social services disability group for children in your area whereby the have day trips out or to museums etc? It could help you out a great deal and give your daughter a lovely day out every so often? Please take care of yourself and my deepest regards to your daughter and yourself.
All my hopes and dreams for you
