On our first visit to Scotland to cat sit for my brother, I asked him if he had ever seen any Pine Martens. He said no.
My brother and his new wife had gone on honeymoon to Namibia on safari ,where I would imagine they would see amazing things and take wonderful photos.
The first night we saw a pine marten in my brothers garden, I was amazed. I sent a picture in an email to my brother, apparently he spent the rest of his honeymoon jealous of us because we had seen a pine marten in his garden and he hadn't!
The pine martens. became nightly visitors, even brining along their young ones. My brother was so happy when he came home he spent hours watching and photographing them.
