I've had a good week actually, on Thursday I slept the whole night through From nine to nine! It has been years since that happened, I was gobsmacked! Last night I was woken by the cat giving me big kisses on the lips at 5am!

I have made my own mint tea and nettle tea. The mint tastes much nicer but the young boiled nettle leaves make a wonderful substitute for spinach in pasta and Indian dishes.

I love woodland and hedgerow foraging when I have the strength. Fortunately my little house borders onto a nature reserve. Looking for hazelnut trees at moment!

Hi Ross, Welcome back. I have often wondered how you are and how things worked out for you.

I love the new picture and knew straight away that it was you.

Lots of hugs sue.
