Brillant seven bags of sugar gone..another seven to go ...he we go again done well in six weeks BIG PAT ON BACK...ive even sneaked in a block of cheese...sandwich too and still lost oh its so nice to LOVE MY SCALES...HAPOY VALENTINES SCALES...HE HE .yes im madxxx but happy .....

Thank you yes its slow down now but im happy ive started...it is hard work as you dont realise how long it is to take off.but goes on rapid i guess...got a long road a head but im hoping to get to my goal half way by june hopefully xxx
