Hope today finds you all better than yesterday . Regarding pain
I've had fybromyalgia since 2004 and I'm always in chronic pain ,chronic fatigue digestive disorders and put on weight πππdue to meds and that I can't move around
Like I used to . I had to spot working because the pain got so bad , it affected me emotionally .
I have 5 children all grown up now . At first they didn't understand me and sd I was making it up but as the years went by . They researched it and now they all help out
And are wonderful and helpful .infact my younger daughter who is 20 became my carer 3years ago ..... She an angel . I've been looking for people with the same illness
To speak with as some days I get very low . But I always think positive now . At one point in my life I wanted to end it as the pain was overpowering my mind . But my GP is excellent and has supported me over the years and refused me to appropriate doctors .
ππΌππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»βββββthere many storms in my mind as the migraines are bad .but I take step by step .

He is a very understanding docter , and everyone is registered with him . Because he really cares for people needs .
And it's so important when a GP looks deep into an illness
As my GP explainers why and how and how to try and help .
But soon I will be moving to Italy . But I will come and go . To see my children . They are so helpful now . As we looked up fybro together and what symptoms are . And they felt sad that I had to go threw so much pain .

I've had to adjust to a different way of doing things but it's a mater of having to not wanting too.
Please keep in touch, I know how you feel. We can help each other.
