Hi Hollie, my honest advice would be to call 111 assuming you are in the UK - it may well be Costochondritis as that is something that people with fibro can suffer with. That having been said I would urge you to err on the side of caution. I once had bad chest pains extending into my neck and jaw and down my left arm, friends on here persuaded me to call 111 which I did reluctantly, which ended up with an ambulance. iT turned out that I was OK, but and its a big but, the ambulance crew said they would far rather be called out and find things to be not an much of an emergency as first thought, but with these symptoms, they said call for medics every time. This is only my personal experience, and I'm not of course a medic .....

I do hope things turn out to be not too bad for your dear daughter, and that she can go ahead and enjoy her birthday πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜Š Please will you give her Happy Birthday wishes from everyone here πŸŽˆπŸŽ‰πŸŽπŸŽ‰πŸŽˆ

Sending positive healing and soothing vibes your daughter's way 😊😊

As said by fibrofoggiest, Defoe better to get checked over. My Dh had chest pains and they came out in ambulance and did ecg check on him, gave all clear but said same that they would always want us to call. You will get seen quite fast as chest pains are prioritised. Hope she feels better soon and that its stress from having an exciting birthday. I get chest pain with my fibro and it can be really unpleasant, and set off by stress or tiredness

please follow foggy's advice and get advice from 111, or dial 999 if she worsens.

the Ambulance service do say they would rather attend 99 false alarms than miss the 1.

(we are not allowed to give medical advice, we can only speak from our personal experiences.)

please let us know how she gets on.

sending her happy birthday wishes,

hamble

I am so genuinely sorry to read this and I am in total agreement with your other respondents as chest pains should always be checked out as soon as possible just to get other medical conditions ruled out of the equation. So please do not hesitate to ring 111 or 999 as soon as you can.

I want to genuinely and sincerely wish both you are your daughter all the best of luck.

All my hopes and dreams for both of you
