Lost my app

Hi I have been on here for awhile and I just got a new iPhone 6s Plus (in rose gold- it's beautiful) however I lost my app! How do I get mine back?

I take it you mean HealthUnlocked app, I didn't know mobile was up and running yet. I take it your trying to reinstall, or upload it again. Best thing go into iTunes delete the app and reinstall it. If the app works can you let me know. Using iPad and would prefer to use iPhone. good luck.

Yeah but it's a mandril app not iTunes . Use safari and sign up online.👍🏻

Just go online and either sign in or sign up, when your in it will show you it's a mandril app that safari opens HealthUnlocked.com. Just normaly type in HealthUnlocked.com. You can also go through Face book if you have it. That's all I did Hun . Good luck.xx

I looked up healthunlocked on safari with iPad and logged in, it's really good compared to iPhone

But would you call it an app? I still dunno what mandril is but I do the brain numb thing most days too 🙃

Glad you got it sorted, I looked up Mandril ap, and it seems to be http so it's prob what the iPad is reading to open the forum. It just says app? I didn't have to put up with anything Hun , I was like it a couple of weeks ago, couldn't think, and someone helped me, we are all here for eachother :)😀

I've had mine on I phone for ages!! I thought I just got it via App Store? No idea what mandril is. Not heard of waiting list either. Maybe my brains gone numb (not unusual!) but didn't know there was a problem

What app does it show, does it say HealthUnlocked can't find it for Mob? In iTunes , I had the same problem waiting for mobile app.
