Woke up this morning very distressed and feeling low and alone and then I see all these wonderful messages. I am so pleased I joined this site , but often feel I have let you all down by not replying to so many people's posts. It isnet because I am selfish I promise you.

It is so hard some days to think about words not sure if anyone else has this problem. I am learning to cope with my care package it is tough to take your clothes off in front of strangersdoes any one else feel like this?

The carers are great but it means in a way I have to accept I am no longer able to care for myself and my poor husband is struggling to looks after me on his own. He said last night he feels like he has let me down now for not being able to care for me all the time, but he has to work and I understand that.

But I wish everyone on here and their families a happy Christmas and new year and promise I will try to be on more even if just to fro a like.

Love Dianne and her family
