Good morning everyone hope u all well I'm off to mineral hospital today for my physio appointment ( bone man ) going to about splints on my hands as they r very painful should b fun wake up to lower back hurting and ache all over going to b a interesting day hope u all have a god one

Hope you get the sort you want. I was told that they only gave the working splints now which are to be worn during sleep and no other time. If you get the type that are mounded to your own hand please let me know. Because they have to be on tight to help they were more of a hindrance than a help 🐸

Well I went up to the hospital thinking it was for that and they had double booked me with a fibro clinic as well so got to go back tomorrow at 1.30 for the other one for my splints assessment was not to happy
