Fibromyalga problems

Hi all sympathy to all you fibro sufferers! I take 1 50mg capsule of tramadol 4 times a day and 5 HTP 200mg slow release daily but just had flare up with painful bones ribs should blades etc. Only way to get rid of the pain I have to rub the pan way with lot of pressure. But I have had any appetite for days so jst not eating and feelng very depressed too. Has anyone had similar probs? Wish everyone better. X

I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are suffering and struggling and I sincerely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to these issues. Many members have come on the forum and have expressed feeling down and depressed and the best thing to do is to discuss this with your GP or Medical Specialist, as there may be something that they can do to help you through this?

It could be that you do not want to take antidepressants, so there are other options such as counselling or CBT. So please do not be afraid to ask for the help that you are entitled too and deserve. Please take care of yourself, and please try and eat something. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck.

Most of my fibro pain,is between my shoulders. I have bought myself an electric cape which i find helps.i was hopeing that i could wear it all the time,but i need to be near a plug.

i do find that if i worry,my fibro gets worst.its very hard not to worry,pain has been really bad ,these last few months due to family problems and christmas does not help.
