Is any one awake

So given up on my Meds so upsetting my IBS I am sooo tire now but can't sleep

Hi I just resorted to anti histimine it knocks me out ,it's the only thing that works dr says it ok as it doesn't interfere with my other meds ,

Hope you're ok , I check here every now and then in night if I can't sleep

Hi Chris I sometimes wonder if the docs just give up and let us self medicate as they just don't no what to do any more, I really think docs need to be more trained on all that we suffer on this site

My GP asked me to make notes of anything I pick up here as we are the experts and we have more insight as to what will help ,

He very impressed with us all on here .
