That's lovely!! :) I am a crocheter too! And you are very talented! That's the only thing that keeps me going on a bad pain day... Making pretty things, very slowly, but still doing it :)

Well done :)

That is a beautiful piece of work I never learnt how to crochet I can knit but haven't done it in a long time because of my hands but have thought about having a go at making a pair of socks as they would be quite light to knit.

Hi, I have been crocheting for years but now

my little finger and ring finger has arthritis and won't bend and my thumb on the same hand has hyper mobility so it's very sore, I keep on trying, I've tried to do it as if I were knitting but with no joy and. it really peeves me, your crochet looks lovely I tried to do that stitch with utube but to no avail, I was crocheting most of my daughters. Matinee jackets and I made a dress and jacket to match, I was going to crochet my wedding dress but I could not find anyone to line it for me but that was in the late 60s and crochet was all the trend with hats, bags and various clothing..

You might find that the crochet hooks such as those on Amazon that are designed with shaped handles a help to get you crocheting again.

Sue. :)

Hi, sorry about early reply iPad playing up, I'll give it a try, but at the moment not enjoying the best of health, had a minor accident in car and scratched my husbands pride and joy, not much but twice in last few months, so he had a little melt down, sent my Fibro way up with stress and everything and a I feel like every bone in my body is vibrating with pain so I cannt even begin to think about crocheting at the moment, but once I get over this episode I diffidently will give it a try. Thanks very much.

Men tend to do that when a car is involved.

Son is still ranting about scratches on `his`car.

It is in fact a company car and it was members of staff that have scratched it.

He doesnt even have to for repairs. :P

Hope you feel better soon. :) x

Wow that's lovely.

I wish I was that clever must feel great to achieve something like that.

Wow that is amazing.I have only ever crocheted squares.tho have knitted baby blankets in the past and started a patchwork quilt years ago never finished.

I have just started on stocking fillers but my wools got tangled and i cant be bothered to sort it out tonight.

Trouble is I keep finding Tatting patterns i want to try and getting distracted from what i am surposed to be doing. :(

I have just tried out the c2c pattern, I hadnt come across it before, now thanks to you, with your lovely blanket i have another stitch to add to my collection. :P
