Contact your local CAB office and they will arrange to send someone out to fill it in for you or send away for a form and make an appointment at the CAB office, go in, they will fill it in for you :) xxx

Come back to us if you can't get help from the CAB as there are other places to look but Ryanbones advice is good as they are the experts as fibro is a funny illness to have to describe as it is so fluctuating in its nature. Do let us know how you get on.x

Hi, it truly is a difficult and depressing form. I believe that the only site worth looking at is Benefitsandwork. All one word. I used it and got onto ESA support and DLA without having an interview. They show you how to fill in the forms correctly, showing you how many points in theory you would get. With supporting evidence from hospitals, consultants, absolutely anything you can find along with the form. The only way to keep the site open is to charge £19.99 for a year. Just look at the site and you will see reviews from others, including myself a few years ago. You can use it for ESA, And PIP, plus appeals and tribunals. I actually am going to get it myself this week, even though at present I don't need it, because I think the people who run it are amazing and I would hate for the site to close down as it has no other means of support.

Keep copies of the form, plus everything you send and post by RECORDED DELIVERY, so they can't say they didn't receive it.

Just have a look at the site. It's worth every penny. Oh, by the way, as suggested by them, I answered most questions with a NO and put in writing next to it see attached Page (whatever page number you have written or typed on) for example. Can you pick up an empty box. No, because it would increase pain dramatically and I would have trouble bending and getting up. As we often just put Yes, but fail to mention the effect it has on the body. The form is deciphered by a computer, initially. Does that make sense, i hope so. Sorry, the answer is so long, but felt I had to try and make it clear. Also, before I started, every time I thought of a symptom I wrote it down on a writing pad, so i didn't forget anything, as I often do. FIBRO FOG makes filling in forms very difficult.😓

Good luck. Just take it a bit at a time.

lOts of best wishes.

Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. As the others have said the CAB is very good for this. FMA UK (our parent site) also have a benefits helpline that may prove useful, I have pasted you a link below:

fmauk.org/contactsmenu/help...

I want to genuinely and sincerely wish you all the best of luck.

All my hopes and dreams for you
