pip form

morning everyone, I have posted my pip form a couple of days ago, it took me a while to complete but I did it myself and unfortunately I think I’ve missed quite a bit of information I keep thinking of things I should have put on. Is there anything I can do about adding things I can’t get it out of my mind. Thanks

I have already sent the form in

Still use the template letter or do your own. State full name and address NI nos email and phoneThen head it PIP Supporting Evidence.

Say when you sent in the form and that at the time you didn't have all the supporting evidence and that you are sending it now to support your claim.

Then outline what you are sending eg letter from doctor.

End it by saying something like, will you send a letter to confirm you have received it and that it will be taken into account.

It not really for supporting evidence I just keep thinking I didn’t put enough detail in my answers. Thanks though

Shame but still worth a try as all it is going to take is a little time and a stamp. Just say at the time you were filling in the form you were suffering from extreme fatigue and fibro fog so had difficulty filling in the form and you realise you left some vital things out. Good luck.x

Hi the majority of us rarely get enough to be awarded at this stage so will probably get an assessment which will probably fail then you send a million things of evidence and letter for the mandatory reconsideration then this give you hardly any points making us apply to tribunal where hopefully you see decent sensible humans who can read and understand and award you correctly after the fight for a year approx. This has been me every review and majority of friends I know xx Very soul destroying and I am at this stage now again ❤️ knowing my award will stop and after fighting the good fight waiting for for sensible humans, will no doubt be paid a backdated amount, award, reinstated until the next time 😳😳😳

Ive paid experts to complete my form, got all the advice from benefit and works templates and still need to go to tribunals, so do form myself now so just expect this to happen now and be financially in hardship until it starts again,

I already have a small award as I have RA but this was my review and had to add my fibro as my mobility has changed considerably fingers crossed I put enough information. Thanks for taking the time to answer my message.

Hi xx me too i have lots of changes too but was so worried so now got review hsve sent it all but guarantee that stop the lot and i have to go to tribunal and they at least are human xx good lycuk with your s xx
