Hello how is everyone I'm having a gd day today I'm up town today and I've only got to work 3 days this week cos I'm going to crewe fri for the weekend to see some mates matthew

Rosewine I've over done it this evening and I'm in alot of pain nw firstly it was when I went in my draw and pulled all my socks out and then shopping was delivered the guy took the trays up for me but I never asked him to take the bags our I did it nw I'm in so much pain all over my body

I had to take OH to the hospital this morning and then onto a funeral and I too feel like someone has kicked me all over. We are so used to being independent we never think to ask for help until the person has gone I have been guilty of that yet if we explain they are often brilliant. Try and be gentle with yourself and get a bit of rest hopefully by tomorrow you will be in a bit less pain. I think I am going to call it a day soon and go to bed with a good book and a bag of wine gums my cure all for all ills. Take care.x
