You need to change doctors. Have you had any investigations at all into why you keep getting infections, apart from sample tests you should at least have had an ultrasound. If you have kidney stones or kidney disease you need to know and be treated.

Hello sorry you are suffering so much. You could ask for second opinion and for the urine and bloods to be "repeated" worth a try or you are entitled to change doctor if you wish.

I hope you feel better soon

I am so genuinely sorry to read that and I sincerely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to this issue. If I were you I would ask outright to be tested in whatever way that you feel that you should be tested? If the doctor says ''no'', then I would either see a different GP at the surgery or change surgery as your health is the most important factor.

I want to genuinely and sincerely wish you all the best of luck.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Thank you Ken .And to everyone else that replied, I'm just so fed up with not getting sorted ,there like it with all my health problems ,up until this year my GP would not believe me that I had ME or FIBRO ,because no one had put it on my note's on the computer ,I called spoke to the manager ,in 10 mins she found it in my file ,Honestly ,I was dume struck ,iv never had Doctor's like it .

There's no hope of moving ,cause we have a short full of Doctors in Clacton, and we over run with Holiday makers in caravans, its got worse since they allowed them to stay longer in the caravans ,Colchester Hospital is under emergency review ,its that bad that we thinking of moving out the area.may be Ipswich or Cambridge ,they have excellent Hospitals. My dads with the same Doctors ,He's got a Pace Maker ,Skin cancer ,and his kidneys have failed ,there excellent with him .so I can't moan to much.

Thank you.

Love an Huggs

Oh poor you Jacqui,

You have my deepest sympathy and understanding, but I'm very cross at the way you are being treated. Having read that you have a short fall of doctors shouldn't mean that you can't ask for a second opinion, in fact it's your right so you can demand it, and if I were in your shoes I would ask for a referral to a urologist who would then be able to keep a proper eye on the matter. I know it is easy for us to sit and tell you what to do and much harde for you to carry out, but you seem to have been fobbed off a fair bit and now is the time for you to put your foot down. Doctors seem to forget sometimes that they are there to serve us - and as such we have much more on our side than people realise (in my humble opinion) and people treat doctors with kid gloves which isn't necessary at all, as I said they are there to serve us and should do so. I'm very lucky to have a fab GP and I know I will always have to wait a longish time to see him, but I know he is giving the other patients ahead of me the same time he gives to me when I need it.

Sending lots of positive and healing vibes your way 😀

Thank you foggy ,your a gem .

I think my problem is I try an stay calm ,cause I can't afford to get angry cause of my Bipolar ,I'm not on anything for that ,and they all think I'm a nice calm person ,but inside I'm screaming at them, they have lost my bloods twice ,and I think iv got so fed up ,iv gone to the extreme and can't be botherd with my self or look after my self. And also cause my dad's so I'll with his Kidneys, an, skin cancer ,he also got a pacemaker ,I don't class myself a I'll ,cause my family don't bother with me ,so I just go quite an get on with it on my own.Your right with everything that you said.

I know what the problem is cause I only wee a little bit or being Catheterised ,there's always some wee left in my Bladder ,that's what starts the infection ,iv been on a the same antibiotic for 15yrs ,I have to take one at night ,I explained to my GP that I was under the London Hospital like my brother who's had a Kidney Transplants, my GP shut me up in mid sentence ,before I could tell him what Doctor I was under an the tests I'd had .so I'm a bit stuck at what to do next.

Love an Huggs.
