hi I am on dvla high support and was given may oh I had it 3 years ago but in may it needed to be put in again so they gave it to me for 12 months as pip was coming around . well augest comes around and they sent the pip forms out so filled them in and sent them of question is evev though I have just had 12 month award and they had uped my award will I still have to have a medical as to go to things like that my hubby has to take a day of work help please

If they have given you an award for 12 months I would not think that they will ask you to go to an assessment until the end of that time. You might be asked to fill in another form to make sure that your condition has not changed and if it hasn't you might find it is renewed again on paperwork alone like this time. Fingers crossed for you.x

you have the right of a home visit for pip.you will probably need a doctors note now since the private companies with the contracts do not like the added cost.best of luck with your assessment.

I am sorry if I upset you No I Did not vote for them . I was only asking for advise I have been fighting for the past 5 years not only them but also my family . I have lost my life with this . so no I never voted

Sorry, wasn't upset, just getting totally fed up of the mess the system is making for us, it's IDS that really gets my goat, he doesn't have a clue about disabled people in particular and we all seem to be suffering as a consequence!
