Terrible weather 'Oh' what to do? I have an idea!

When the weather is nice and warm, it's lovely to sit outside or in the park etc, but when it's like this yuk, boring and can be lonely. Fed up of TV. Why not get yourself down to a charity shop when the weather is nice.

Buy some puzzles!! I'm very fussy I only like certain types so I buy mine from eBay and I enjoy the bidding too. Now I have about 4 or 5 puzzles ready to do. So the bank holiday looks horrible and me, well I will be doing a puzzle!

What sort of puzzles do you do are they jig saws? My friend says she has literally stopped reading books and started doing puzzles. She got the idea when staying with one of her grrandchildren and helping her and realised how relaxed she felt afterwards. Someone was kind enough to give me a book token which was unexpected and I have bought one of those Adult Colouring Books but with the house move and other things haven't had a chance to have a dabble but looking forward to it I used to love colouring as a child.x

Could ahve been word searches or dot thingd (fog has robbed me to of the right names) as often people put that under the heading of puzzles. My friends used to have a big conservatory and there was always a massive very complicated jigsaw on the go and if you visited you were expected to help, I was absolutely hopeless. My friend also gets hers from charity shops but she only likes the ones with pretty pictures so I have to look for ones with gardens for you.x

Hi Lottieonline

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? That sounds like fun! I cannot remember the last time I did a jigsaw? Everything these days is online and so the traditional things do not get much of a look in?

Julie and I bought a couple of empty terrariums the other week, and loads of succulents and cacti. So when it was raining we sat and made up our own terrariums, it was such good fun. I have never done anything like that before. I did get stabbed in my thumb on a cactus though.

I want to genuinely and sincerely wish you all the best of luck.

All my hopes and dreams for you
