Has anyone else had the esa questionare sent to them early my son was is on esa. Support group, 36 months awarded it's only been 23 months ??????

I didnt have the ESA form sent early but I did receive my DLA 4 months early. When I contacted DWP they said they send it early to give plenty of time to complete. I sent it back special delivery 2 weeks before the old award ran out and it was fine. Does his letter state a date it has to be back by? If not maybe contact DWP to ask them. Hugs Joolz.x

The Government changed the rules for ESA so they can reassess anyone whenever they choose. The longest gaps are now 2 years. So I'm afraid you both have to go through the process again.

Thanks release the magic It was a nightmare before they changed the rules probably going to be worse now,well we all just got to plod on and hopefully beat this vile goverment well wishful thinking xxx
