I put in a mandatory to weeks ago

Haven't heard nothing from dla since putting in the mandatory but I have been getting loads of private calls I think it is from dla. Thing is after the last time I spoke to them the woman wasn't very nice towards me so now I'm scared to talk to them.my doctor has told me to tell them that they r to write to her for a report I put that information on the mandatory. I don't understand y they r ringing me but only to turn me down again. I no i won't no till I answer to them but honestly they make me feel like a criminal. I don't no wot to do xx

Thankyou Ken I will just have to keep trying I don't understand why they keep Turing me down and y they don't just ask for a report off my doctor I'm seeing my doctor next Tuesday so I will c if she just contact them for me xx

Make them write to you. they can get away with saying they didn't receive calls etc., but if you establish a paper trail they cannot get away with it.

You can get a copy of the medical assessessment report by phoning the DWP if you have not already done so.

I asked for a Mandatory Reconsideration and subsequently spoke to a very nice lady on the phone. As a result of our conversation I now receive the enhanced mobility Componant of PIP whereas before I asked for a review, I got no mobility Componant at all.

It may not be bad news!
