feet pain

I get feet pain feels like walking on sharp nails.and the pain on soles of my feet especially where my toes join my feet,its awfull sometimes

Hi do you think its the fibro causing this type of pain or something else? I had a similar problem and thought it was crps, But it turned out to be neuropathy due to being a diabetic (people without diabetes can also get it) and take pregabalin which has helped tremendously.

so ask your GP about these 2 things and who knows at least you can tick them off your list, or get treatment for your problem if they find the cause from the tests hope you get sorted soon and get some relief asap.

Oh molind, I so sympathise with you.

Mine are like that every morning but settles after about half hour and some pain relief.

I bought some in soles in a sports shop in Liverpool. I was having a medical and decided to have a wander round the shops after. They cost me nearly £20 - I almost dropped on the spot and told the guy to shove them but I was so desperate that day, I would have spent every last penny for some relief.

Anyway, they are absolutely amazing. I transfer them into every pair of shoes before I wear them and they offer so much relief.

Can' remember what they are called but if you call into a sports shop I am sure they could help - they are bright orange on top and bright yellow underneath and sort of rubbery, very spongy and bouncy.

I hope you get some relief soon - have you tried massaging some Peppermint lotion or oil into them when you get up - that helps me too.

I am so genuinely sorry to read that and I sincerely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to this issue. I also get feet pain and I have taken to wearing ''Hobbo's (Velcro canvas shoes) to help try and alleviate the pain. They also swell as I have Pulmonary edema and this makes it worse.

Hi, I've noticed recently that the soles of my feet are sore. Only today I was thinking of buying insoles to cushion my feet as I found myself limping Strange!
