You might need to get some help doing things around the house or grocery shopping.

Sorry to hear this. Don't let it stop you in the future but think about internet shopping and a good store cupboard . I always keep some replacement meal drinks in for when I can't shop or cook but need to eat. Better than some things.

Gentle hugs

Hi, really sorry that you had a terrible experience at the tills and now feel better and that your appetite has come back because you need all your strength to fight this terrible illness and when we fight it with all of our might we only stand still because we know that if we do just that tad too much we will pay doubly for that with extreme pain and fatigue all over our bodies so please eat and try to put that awful experience behind you and fight this horrible Fibro with all your might and try to have a happy life. Best wishes

I am so genuinely sorry to read of your awful experience whilst out shopping and I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck for when you go shopping again.

Please do not be afraid to go out as this can lead to other issues arising, I was wondering if you had a friend or family member that could go with you next time until you regain your confidence?

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken
