I quite often get shaky; it seems to be worse if I get hungry or sometimes caffeine can make it worse. Not sure if there is any way of treating it but it might be worth mentioning next time you see your GP. It is probably just one of those things we have to live with.

I am so genuinely sorry to read this and I would mention this to your GP next time you are there just to get other conditions ruled out of the equation. Many medications can have interactions with caffeine (i.e. Amitriptyline / Nortriptyline) so I would also keep a check on how much coffee and tea that you consume. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck.
