Thank you

I remember Gins telling someone to put their hands in a bowl of warm water to soothe them. My hands tend to be sore when I am in work so I can't really try it here, but I hope it helps you :)

I have to admit I have run my hands under a warm water before and it does help if only I could keep them there all day I'd be fine but I work soon 😟

Can you take any pain killers to help you through work in the meantime then when you get home stick them in a basin of warm water and keep topping it up.....lots of hand cream afterwards don't want them looking like prunes :)

Sending you gentle hugs and healing, totaly understand x

It is very difficult for you if you work. I have Epsom salt baths and the same thing but in a bowl can help soothe the pain in your hands. Massaging in a pain gel can also help but remember not to rub your eyes afterwards. My hand tends to swell up if I try using it too much so then I put a freeze gel on it which again seems to work. Hope the pain eases soon.x

Er Rose wine can you clear up some confusion for me over 'Epsom salts 'please? Had seen them mentioned in posts so headed to Boots. ...confusion &embarrassment reigned! On asking I was taken to section where Epsom salts sat....but not for putting in Bath. .....For upset gut!! Felt a bit silly, mumbled something about must have got name wrong and slunk away! Please advise!

Oh what a shame it is the same thing you had got it right. It can be used for stomach upsets and constipation but also for soaks such as soaking hands and feet and in the bath. I bought some from Boots or Tesco can't remember which now the first time just to see whether it suited me and helped which it did. I now buy it from Amazon from a company that does it for gardens as it has uses there as well but it is food grade and of really good quality and the bigger the bag the cheaper it gets so I now buy it is larger quantities as when I have a bath I put a good couple of large handfuls in there.

Might be best to get the small tub from Boots and perhaps for just a hand soak a small handful would do just to try it out. If it works PM me and I will tell you the company I use. I must admit I was a bit nervous at first when I saw it was a garden supplier but the stuff was fine and did exactly what the more expensive packs sold in the chemists did.x

I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are in so much pain with your hands, and I sincerely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to this issue. As with any new symptom or if a symptom persists it is always advisable to get it checked out just to have other medical conditions ruled out of the equation.

I want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken
