You get a letter explaining what points you have been awarded, but don't think it includes a copy of the full assessment. I think you only get that if you request a mandatory reconsideration.
(but I may be wrong...)
I think I did get a report with more info for my mandatory reconsideration than for my initial assessment but I don't know who else gets a copy, if that's what you mean. If you have to go to a tribunal everyone who attends gets a copy of all the pertinent paperwork including your original application form. Linda
Under the Freedom of Information Act, you are entitled to request a copy. Write to DWP and ask for one but send the letter by Signed For post so they cannot claim that they did not receive it.
phone DWP and request they send you a copy of report
Hi , I phoned up a week after the assessment and asked if I could have a copy, I was told that it would be sent. I was informed also that my result had been documented and would I like it read out over the phone. I received a copy of the face to face medical about a week after the phone call. I hope this is helpful.

Hello Trace,
The DWP will provide you with a copy if you phone them. It is called the PA4 form.
Best regards,
Dave
You have to ask for a copy of the report. Details are on your assessment appointment letter.
All I know is if you ask for one they have to send you one. They might not automatically send you one .
Hope this helps
