Pip based on medical evidence

Hi I've had two pip telephone assessment been cancelled on mid call one lasted for 20 minutes and was cancelled due to be unfit for an interview by an assessor second one was cancelled after 50 minutes by claiming cant load notes on the system. On Friday I received a call from capita saying if I'm OK for them to assess my claim through medical evidence and I said yeah I'm OK they should go ahead. Because it was stressing me.has any one been assess by using medical evidence?

Hi, I believe they are happy to do that as long as they think they have enough medical evidence in front of them to base an assessment on. I would think if they needed more information they would get intouch with your GP.

Thanks so I should wait for a week or two to receive a text for a decision.

I would. If you don't hear in a few weeks I would give them a call and ask for an update .

Hello.I believe thats what they should always do to make a decision because all these questions they ask are irrelevant because if you get a question wrong it all goes downhill for them even though you are in a bad health condition.The system should be reformed.What should be evidence should be medical evidence thorugh exams,doctors,gp and medication.Good luck to you.Hopefully you will be awarded the max benefit

Is this how it is now if so not looking forward to my next assessment
