Hi dillm2

Sorry to hear you're having restless nights with your sciatica. I have the same problem at the mo with pains shooting through my right buttock, down the back of my right thigh, round the front of my knee/shin and foot. I have been putting a pillow under my knee which helps and if I turn adjust it to keep knee raised a little. My OT says this should help and it has. You don't say where your sciatica affects you? My OT also suggests getting up and moving around slowly to restore blood supply to limbs. Pillow or rolled up towel under back also helps. Good luck.x

I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are suffering and struggling with sciatica pain, and I have the same issue as you. I trend to use a TENS Machine, and I find this helps me a great deal.

I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken

I had this problem on my both buttocks, for some time, could not run without pain, even lying down to sleep would hurt. so I went to this wonderful guy Mark Platjes and he fixed it with deep massages to put sciatica in its place , my butt was black from the deep massage and he put some kind of some electrodes from a machine on butt, Never took pain killers. You need to find maybe a physical therapist that knows about this. good luck No more sciatica pain after that.

Hi sounds good to me

Will suggest refer all with Gp

Thanks
