Magnesium marine tablets

This is worth a read, has anyone tried taking magnesium marine and if so did it have any affect, would love to hear as I have just started taking them x

AND....I've just ordered some!! Make sure you check how much actual magnesium citrate is present as some are full of rubbish bulking agents!!....♥♥
