I'm definitely better in the summer - luckily in Brighton we have much better weather than where I'm from in Birmingham. A massage always helps, as does a hot bath - but I only have a shower in my little flat. I try and drink lots of water, take multivitamins and also drink ginger tea for it's antiinflammatory properties, and it helps with the nausea from my tablets.

I also function better in warm weather, but many of the things that you have listed also help me loads
All my hopes and dreams for you

HEAT HELPS SO MUCH PLENTLY OF HOT BATHS IF POSSIBLE PS I CANT GET INTO ONE HAS FOR PAIN . THE HEAT FROM THE SUN PS WHEN WE GET IT LOL .IF U CAN GET AWAY TO A SUNNY PLACE . YOU WOULD FEEL ALOT BETTER I DID WISH I COULD BE IN A HOT PLACE EVERYDAY . I WAS SO MUCH PAIN FREE IT WAS HEAVEN. TO GET OUT OF BED AND WALK A LITTLE WHILE AND DO NORMAL THINGS. HAVE A NICE DAY EVERYONE
Definitely a nice warm climate suits me much better, I felt so good after a Greek sojourn last year, it was as if the fibro tap had been turned off, of course only to come back full force upon return the bleak autumn here !

I find warmth of any kind helpful. I avoid anything with strong artificial colour as it seems to triggerincreased pain the next day.
