I'm definitely better in the summer - luckily in Brighton we have much better weather than where I'm from in Birmingham. A massage always helps, as does a hot bath - but I only have a shower in my little flat. I try and drink lots of water, take multivitamins and also drink ginger tea for it's antiinflammatory properties, and it helps with the nausea from my tablets.

Definitely a nice warm climate suits me much better, I felt so good after a Greek sojourn last year, it was as if the fibro tap had been turned off, of course only to come back full force upon return the bleak autumn here !

I find warmth of any kind helpful. I avoid anything with strong artificial colour as it seems to triggerincreased pain the next day.
