Thanks for that I enjoyed the read. I must admit that I do not feel guilt by my Fibro, but more of a challenge to overcome as I look after people in my life that I love deeply. My wife has Primary Progressive MS and I have a sister with downs syndrome (in her 40s) who I help care for, so I feel that I have a unique perspective of how my own personal health issues? As I find everything an obstacle to overcome for their sake.

This is really lovely thanks - explains a lot of the emotions I'm going through and I keep trying to keep positive but as it says sometimes the negative thoughts come back.
