This Christmas, I would have been alone as, my daughter just had a baby. I was invited to so many things I lost track. It was cold so joints played up abit. This week I will treating my self to some serious pampering starting tomorrow. Spa here I come. I hope everyone had a pain free Christmas. Hopefully the new year will bring health and wellbeing for us all. Merry Christmas and Happy New year when it comes.

I have just found a local therapist and when I can afford to I will visit her and have a massage. (I have heard she is very good).
