Feeling crap

I have copd and at minute got chest infection ache all over hips bursitus

Hurts stomach cramps and in my back ibs has kicked off as well

And fibro as well rant over

Sounds as though you are really having a hard time of it. My best friend has COPD and she has had series of infections lately and still has one and she said in her e mail she feels lower than she has in years as it seems to be affecting every part of her body. That is the trouble with fibro if you get an infection it seems to make the pain doubly worse.

Take care of yourself, get as much rest as you can. Don't worry about having a rant as it does you good and I am sure we have all been in these situations and have felt like blowing our tops.

Maybe our bodies do just need a complete rest once in a while to try and recover a bit. I'm not experienced with COPD but I reckon it must be pretty draining, but on top of fibro even more so !!

I am so sorry to read that you are suffering and struggling so much with these issues, and you have my complete sympathies as I can relate so much to them. I have COPD and have 10mg of steroid daily to help me function.
