Morning sian

Got away with it by the skin of my teeth, but I still have to take things very easy, but I don't have a problem really with that as I'm utterly shattered !! I wonder how on earth that can be after four days of bed rest but Fibro has it's lovely ammunition to throw at us I suppose. My car has been taken away earlier this morning for it's MOT which I thought was tomorrow (lalalala........ ) so I have a slight problem as there are two things I need to do, close by by car, but too far to walk in rest mode. Hey ho.....

Still having kidney probs, but that is getting looked at again on Thursday and the urticaria is calming down a bit. Still haven't found the mislaid lbs though but he says that he really thinks it's down to stress and not me reverting back to bad coping mechanisms........... I can't say I told you so, because I made a stiff rod for my back over many years.
